The Auditory Continuous Performance Test© (ACPT) was developed to screen for auditory attention deficits. It can aid in the diagnosis of ADD or ADHD in children 6 through 11. The child listens to a list of words and raises a thumb every time he or she hears the target word. Total test time is approximately 15 minutes
