Auditec Auditory Test Cold Running Speech

Connected Discourse©, also known as COLD RUNNING SPEECH, can be used to determine Most Comfortable Level-Uncomfortable Level (MCL-UCL). The male talker reads “Dissertation on a Roast Pig” by Charles Lamb in a monotone voice, and a female reads from “On Walden Pond” by Henry David Thoreau in a monotone voice. Both the male and female talker speak for approximately six minutes each for a total of twelve minutes of recorded voice.
