Auditec Auditory Test PBK opposite Four Talker Noise

The PBK-50 opposite Four Talker Noise© recording has all three lists of the PBK recorded to the left channel with Four Talker Noise recorded to the right channel. It has been made available for those who want to administer the PBK with competing noise; however, no interpretative data is available for the test in noise.

This versatile recording can be administered for masking, speech in noise, or words in quiet. With a dual-channel audiometer, the administrator can set their own signal-to-noise ratio by mixing the left and right channels. They can access the left channel only to administer the word lists in quiet. Administration time is 10-15 minutes.

The PBK-50 opposite Four Talker Noise© includes: a) audio recording, and b) word list. This product does not include administration instructions or normative data. It is assumed that purchasers of Auditec’s products are well trained in their use, purpose, and interpretation.
